I'm 7 weeks along based on my last period. On Monday night I went to the ER for sudden bleeding and cramping. My levels were low, but hard to say for sure what was happening because I hadn't had initial labs done yet. My ultrasound showed a possible gestational sac, but it would have only been measuring about 3 or 4 weeks along at most. I called my midwife the next morning and am scheduled for food up labs tomorrow morning (~48 hours after original labs) to see if my levels are rising or not.

But I've continued to bleed, continued to cramp....

I suspected I wasn't as far along as 7 weeks anyways. But I've been bleeding for days... that can't be good.

Is this a loss? I feel like I need to prepare myself for the worst.
