almost Positive OPK 3 days before period

I heard ovulation tests can sometimes pick up HCG so I decided to take one this morning just to take because we have been trying and it was pretty dark. I already ovulated earlier this month. Could I be pregnant? I don’t want to take an actual test until I officially miss my period.
