period on the patch

I just started the patch almost a month ago, i got breakthrough bleeding one day in the first week. i’m now at the point where i took my 3rd patch off and get my period for a week, that was monday and it’s now thursday with no sign of a period at all. is it normal to not get your period the first time?? i’m thinking maybe it’s just regulating because i just got my implant out as well but i’m so used to getting a period almost all the time so im not sure lol
