Advice needed

Yall I havent sex with my bf who I live with since I was 4 months pregnant and that was about 8-9 months ago. I have no idea why he still caresses my butt and rubs on me from time to time but there is no sexual activity going on. I'm so frustrated and when I try to start something he always does something that pisses me off and I lose sexual desire. I don't think he's cheating but yall help me out. We havent been on a date night in over a year, he always works, we haven't even gone to a movie together in almost a year as well and the last time we were out publicly together not counting going to each other's family houses was when I was about 2months pregnant & it was just to Walmart. I'm starting to feel alone in this relationship and I'm not sure what to do. I would live to try and talk to him if I thought it would help but I swear what I say goes in one ear and out the other or he tends to "forget" what I say
