Chamomile tea?

Anyone have experience with chamomile tea while pregnant? I’ve never had it but my mother in law just brought some over since I’m not feeling well and said to try a cup before bed tonight. I’m seeing mixed reviews on the internet.

Herbal teas in moderation are ok. That type is great for relaxing!

It was on a list of things we can take. I had some early on to help with bed

I’ve been a tea fiend in pregnancy both this one and my daughter. I just stay away from the detox teas and my doctor said it fine. Like all caffeine limit to less than 3 cups a day. I also take my folic acid not at the same time as it can mess with the absorption of it.
