Nosebleeds

I’m 30 weeks. Anemic, diabetic. and the nosebleeds are terrible, especially at night. I skipped my iron yesterday because I’m having bathroom trouble and my nose nonstop bled all night. But not to where it drips out. It like stops me up to where I have to get up at blow it out.

I’ve tried saline spray, some prescription my doctor gave me, and obviously taking my iron helps. Have any of you tried something else? It looks like I just need a solution for the days that I skip my iron.
