8 weeks 3 days symptoms come and go?

Is it normal for symptoms to come and go? The past two days I have felt super nauseous and bloated and my skin has been acting up and now today I feel nothing. It makes me so nervous but I did see baby for the first time on Monday with a heartbeat. Just looking for the peace of mind

Yep- my nausea went away at 8 weeks and then was very irregular here and there before permanently disappearing. VERY common for all symptoms to fluctuate.

Totally normal for symptoms to lessen, ease, change or go away all together! I pretty much have had a very easy pregnancy will limited symptoms, especially after 10 weeks. Right now, I can certainly understand the people that say they didn’t know they were pregnant until they gave birth because if I didn’t know it myself, I would say I don’t feel pregnant at all! I’m 20 weeks and just had a healthy anatomy scan btw. Just count yourself lucky!
