Leaking colostrum?

Anyone leaking colostrum yet ? I’m 23 weeks today & I didn’t put a bra on today because it feels so uncomfortable and this happened :

I’ve had it for a month now but yesterday was the first day it leaked and was visible on my shirt. I’m 22 weeks

Nope I never leaked with my first too. I was able to express milk at the start but think it was left over from my second who I had just weaned. But it is totally normal for some people!

Unfortunately it’s normal after 20 weeks; I’m sure someone had some ideas on how to help hide any accidents.. just haven’t had that myself yet..

Hop in a very warm shower because it will release there and not dm ado much through your clothes. I always wear nursing pads now because I don't want it to happen when I'm out.

Mine leaks so bad at night! I’ve been leaking since around 18 weeks. I tend to layer up with a tank top then a big jumper instead of a bra because it’s so uncomfortable!
