How much day sleep are your 8-9m old getting ?

Mine has never been a great napper. I know those charts/ sleep programs have recommended sleep time(which she never meets) but honestly I gave up a long time ago it was frustrating for both her and me. I go based on her- if she looks like she overtired I know it is not enough and will try to help her down again but generally 1.5-2 hrs is good enough for her. She is independent at night sleep just not day yet.

More like 2-3 hours. Each nap ranges from 1-1.5 hours. She takes 2 naps a day.

It really depends. During the week, she naps pretty well. I would say between her morning and afternoon nap, it’s a total of 2-3 hours.
However on the weekends, her naps are really short. I think because her older brothers are home and not at school, she gets excited and has FOMO and doesn’t want to nap🤣

maybe between 1.5-3hr it all depends lol. i’d say rarely ever 3 hrs though. she is not a very long napper most days. usually it’s 2 or 3 short naps a day.
