Hello everyone. I don’t know how this is going to go, but I need some advice. My baby isn’t born yet, but his father keeps threatening to take me to court. He’s not a good person, he’s toxic, and mentally unstable. He was also mentally and emotionally abusive before I left towards the end of my first trimester. He came to three appointments in the beginning then he just stopped. He wants to take my son away from me just to hurt me because he doesn’t want to be a full time parent. Am wrong for wanting to keep him away from my son? Would he really have a case if he did take me to court. I’m just really scared and don’t want to lose my son.
