Continuing to Intermittent Fast While TTC??

Hi!

I started IF over the summer. I have never been a breakfast person (unless pregnant) so I will eat lunch any time between 12-2 and then dinner before 8pm.

My meals are a mix of protein: chicken/beef/salmon/eggs and tons of veggies either roasted, fermented, sautéed or raw in salads. Avocado’s are incorporated along with good dressings without a lot of crap in them, lol. Sometimes I will have chickpea banza pasta with meat sauce + veggies or a whole wheat sourdough bread.

I am also not a snacker so I will have nuts or a kind bar if I need one. I sip on water and organic bone broth.

On the weekends I will have more for dinner like whole wheat pasta and a protein or pizza and a salad, a burger, Chinese, sushi etc- I also have some red wine on the weekend.

Honestly I always had a salad at lunch and whatever it was for dinner but I always ate dinner LATE (like after 8:30pm). The only thing that has changed is that I moved dinner earlier (bt 6-8) and that kind of turned into IF. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Anyways I am TTC now and am wondering if this sounds unhealthy and not enough calories to anyone? Again, I always ate like this just ate a later dinner. I have a son who is 2 and am trying to ttc #2 this month. This last 1.5 weeks I have definitely been less regimented as its been Christmas and new years! It was also my fertile week and now I am on my TWW.

Obviously I will start eating breakfast and snacks once pregnant!
