I love Margaret but wondering if she would get teased in school but then I also think that everyone is naming their children older names now so Margaret wouldn’t be that odd when she starts school.

I may be a bit biased 😉, but I think Margaret is a classic and timeless name, with lots of great nickname options. I don’t have any worry about my daughter getting teased for her name.

I think old fashioned are coming back in I’ve seen loads lately. My first daughters called Olivia that’s old in come back into fashion.

I love Margaret. I have suggested it for both of our girls but it’s my middle name and I go by Mags almost exclusively so my husband always said it’s too close. Like if she started going by Maggie it could get super confusing.😂 But I think classic/older names are tending enough right now that people aren’t going to make fun of a Margaret anymore than any other name?
