BF and returning to work

I am returning back to work tomorrow and my baby is not taking her bottle anymore I’m so scared to leave her. She used to take her bottle just fine but as time went by, I found it easier to just breast-feed her, now I regret not continuing the bottle as often as I should have 😫😫😫
