Handmaid's tale gags...find?

There's a show called the handmaid's tale. In it they have a certain type of gag and I'd like to know the name of it. 
The first one just goes on the head. (I know I can find a loose hand crafted version of the first one on etsy)

This one is a little more restrictive and goes down the neck some.

I'm super late to the party, but if anyone out there is still wondering it's a neck/mouth corset gag in the bottom image. Muzzle/panel gags are more popular for over-the-mouth (OTM) wear due to both safety and restrictive reasons. 
It's not quick/easy to remove a corset style in an emergency. Additionally, they're not very practical for restricting sound or accessing the wearer's mouth. But if it's for aesthetics, like in a photoshoot or a show, it has a very powerful visual effect.
