🥺🥺OPINIONS NEEDED PLEASE 💔💔

I’m Guessing my period came almost 10 days early ? Started spotting yesterday morning and it has been a range of colors. Light pink ➡️ Brown/Pale Red➡️ Red/ Orange. I have been getting by with a panty liner being as I’m only spotting a little . I have some cramping but they aren’t painful and to one side. Also I usually have clots but this time nothing ? I tried Letrozole 2.5 mg on CD 3-7 Im thinking it failed and I will have to call the doctor to see if she wants to proceed with 5 mg. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Any Opinions? I’m on CD 19 .
