When did you get your beta/blood test after medicated cycle?

I tested early today (11dpo, 12dpt) during my first Letrozole cycle and got a positive, but wondering if it’s too early to get a blood test bc my trigger could still be affecting it. Will prob call my Dr tomorrow (a bit embarrassed to call today since it’s three days before they told me to test 😂), but I’m just curious how many days post trigger shot you for your first blood test if you got an early positive hpt during a medicated cycle?
