Positive OPK on CD11 😳

So, as the title says, it’s either CD 11 or 12 (I had some light flow the night before what I called CD1). I didn’t take OPKs last month because I didn’t want the added stress. I was going to do the same this month, but yesterday, I decided to take one for the hell of it. Negative.

Had some weird cramping today, so I took one of my easy@home strips today, expecting it to be a typical CD11 reading (low), and had the test line show up before the control line 😳 thought something wasn’t right, so I took one of my clearblue digital OPKs, and sure enough, got a solid smiley...!

If it’s CD11, it’s extremely early. If it’s CD12, it is also early, but a little closer to when I should ovulate. Hoping we can bang it out enough this weekend! (We haven’t had any sex since before my period started... yikes.)

Is it normal/okay to ovulate a few days early? I normally ovulate around CD14-15, so this is really early for me, hence why I thought we had a few days.
