I am three months postpartum. Breastfeeding and on the mini pill. I haven't gotten my period in 45+ days. Is that normal?

Started the mini pill 6 weeks postpartum. Got my period before that. And then on Nov 26-29. And nothing since. Just want to make sure it's normal or if it isn't.

The mini pill I’m on stops me from having a period all together. Maybe ask your dr if that’s normal for the type you’re on

Yes it’s normal. Progestin only methods like mini pills are most known for causing irregular bleeding patterns. That can include longer time frames with or without bleeding (including no bleeding at all), random bleeding, or frequent bleeding, at any given time.
