Are you quarantining before baby?

I’m 36 weeks pregnant and I live in Southern CA. The numbers for Covid have been unreal here the last week especially... I feel like I should be 100 on lockdown but I’ve only been home since Tuesday and I’m already experiencing cabin fever. Plus we have an 18 month old that just wants to go and do anything! Sadly the highlight of his day is to get the mail... there’s really nowhere to go since everything is closed. 
I’m curious what everyone else is doing

I’m quarantining the same way I have been this whole time. I’m still working and seeing a couple friends, still going to the store, etc. Staying away from most people though, obviously, and of course using proper hand hygiene when I have to be out in public.

I haven’t left my house since April when I started working at home. I don’t consider it quarantining so I voted no. We just don’t care to be bothered with people. 
My kids are having the time of their lives with virtual school and playing outside in a secluded manner.

We are as much as possible. My son is in special ed preschool and is still going but we’ve moved all his therapies online starting this week. We also have his 5 year check up tomorrow. I told hubby we’ve gotta do a stock up store run tomorrow, and after that it’s basically all of us at home until I deliver... which might be the next week but I won’t know until I see my doctor Tuesday probably. 🤷🏽‍♀️

My  country is in lockdown right now and due to my current condition I’m kinda stuck at home 100%. My So does all the shopping and I almost see nobody but my mother, so if a friend want’s to come by I’m actually really happy because I’ve seen them so little this whole pregnancy because of all the restrictions and I really need that social interaction every now and then aside from my SO or Mom. These last weeks feel so slow any activity to shake up my days are so welcome!

I’m working as a teacher up until my due date 😫 it’s my only option. I plan on being extra cautious and I won’t do anything outside of work. I plan on asking my OB what the hospital protocols are if moms test positive during labor. I’ve read scary stories about hospitals trying to separate baby from mom....

We’ve been limiting outings since last spring. I work a high risk job but take extra precautions. My toddler only goes to daycare, inlaws and our house. We are just going to continue doing this until baby arrives and we are all staying home entire time after for awhile. Minimal visitors - everyone required to wash/sanitize hands and absolutely no kissing. Only letting immediate family visit for awhile anyway.

I plan to start quarantining now. Due feb 9. I picked “as much as possible” because my husband still has to go into work, so I’m not truly quarantining because I’m exposed to him. But I no longer plan to leave the house except for walks.

One of my classmates had a baby in October and had to quarantine.  My hospital doesn’t require it.  And I have to work.  Hopefully up to my due date.  I work in a pulmonary office and wear a mask shield and gloves for all patient interaction.  I was concerned about being so close in contact with patients since I have to room them and everything.  Surprising both my employer and OB (same health system) both said as long as I wore PPE I was fine.  My OB wouldn’t give me a note saying I couldn’t be around patients and basically made me feel like I had nerve asking since they had pregnant physicians seeing patients in the hospital.
