Cramps but no AF

*update, period started 4 days later a tiny sac came out so baby failed to implant very sad 😥*

Took a PT was negative, I have cramps but no spotting (which is highly weird because I 100% spot every cycle) my AF is never late and its due today and no sign. Am I out should i test again
