Forgetting?

Since yesterday nearly every time I change my 9 month olds nappy she stays on her back for ages and gets a bit upset as if she’s forgotten how to roll over? She crawls and stand and cruises a lot and hates to be put on her back to be changed but for some reason she keeps staying after changing and I eventually have to help her roll over or sit because she gets frustrated? Why is she doing this?
