They travel to your uterus for a few days & implant. Implantation then allows hcg levels to start developing resulting in a positive test.

Symptoms very soon after ovulation or without a + test are not pregnancy symptoms. Implantation HAS TO OCCUR FIRST in order to get those symptoms.

I’ve seen that people say they got a positive before implantation which cannot happen. It is what allows the hcg levels to start.
