18 with my first Bartholins cyst (I think)?

So I noticed a lump about the size of a blueberry on my labia majora, it’s parallel to my vagina, about 3 days ago. It felt a bit sore and caught me by surprise.

Its now about an inch in size or more and very painful when sitting, having sex and walking. When I’m in bed it feels like a deep ache. It feels really deep into the skin so I don’t think it could be a cyst but the gland it’s self. If it was a cyst I don’t think it pop because it’s not close to the surface of my skin. What should I do? What will the doctor do?
