Just a messy guy?

Picture your typical messy stoner boy... could you imagine they probably left 2 unopened condoms in their draw (different brand) and when rummaging through just dumped them on the floor, or something alike?

Basically, I used to see this guy in Nov19 and we would use condoms then and he was very adamant about making sure we did. We stopped seeing each other because of his unmanaged depression. Fast forward to Sep20 and we reconnected. We don’t use them now and so for that reason I trust he isn’t sleeping around because of how adamant he was about staying safe before. I do genuinely trust him but I’ve been hurt before (by others) and things are sometimes very rocky with us because of his depression. He told me he loves me and he treats me with lots of respect, and I genuinely don’t think he is the type to say those things if he’s getting up to other mischief. He’s also always been very open with me. When things were phasing out with us back in 2019 he slept with someone else and even though we weren’t really seeing eachother at that point he felt really bad and told me. I wasn’t even questioning it or suss. He did that on his own terms. So with out feelings very much out in the open now I don’t think he would do that to me. What do you think?
