Hi all - new here and would love some advice! My husband and I have TTC for about 5 months with no luck. My cycles are irregular (38-40 days) and I’ve been off the pill about 15 months.

Had an ultrasound today and doctor confirmed suspicions that I have PCOS. Getting blood work this week and he wants to start me on a med to induce ovulation. Apart from irregular cycles, I really don’t have any other PCOS symptoms (historical blood work has been really regular).

I do get positives on my ovulation tests each month but assuming those aren’t reliable?

Would love any advice for those of us just starting down this path. Trying to stay hopeful and optimistic!!
