Going to the dr.
I have an appointment tomorrow and I feel like I’m concerned about way too much. I’m worried I’m going to look ridiculous since my mom can’t go with me.
I freeze up in unfamiliar social situations as I have autism, so what I was planning on doing is bringing a piece of paper with everything I’ve been concerned about considering my bloodwork I’ve had done. My therapist told me to do this, but I have a lot written down.
Like: cholesterol, platelet fractions being high, high carbon dioxide, low RDW, low wbc, neutrophils being low, qt on the EKG has shortened ALOT since 2015.
I’ve been lightheaded and can’t tell if chest pains are pulled muscles or anxiety, but urgent care said my heart looked fine in the X-ray and ekg, and blood pressure and oxygen is good. Lungs are good. And I don’t have covid. (I want to add I hope I don’t have to have that covid test done again. But I know it may be necessary)
I’m worried about blood clots and cancer as my bloodwork kind of shows signs of myeloma.
I worry because I have a 2 year old, and he’s already lost his stepfather to a blood clot, and his real father is a violent man.
Is it ok that I bring the paper to give her with my concerns?
