Daily blowjobs for him, some days multiple. Sex only when he wants it, usually 1-2 times per month, he puts it in dry, or you wet him while giving him a blowjob as foreplay, he stops when he cums. You kiss on the cheek, only make out once every 1-2 months. He touches you, fingers you, eats you out every 6-8 months (once). If you try to initiate be prepared for rejection (wrong move, wrong time, no). He doesn't want to change, doesn't want to put in more effort (not negotiable).
Everything else is amazing. But sex is BEYOND BAD. Would you leave only because of sex if this was YOUR sex life?

If I’ve communicated to him that I need stimulation and what sex means to me etc and things didn’t change then yes. This is a very selfish lover and that’s not okay. You’re not disposable nor just a piece of ass. You are a human being and a partner. You have needs that need to be met as well. Intimacy during sexual relations is so important in a relationship. So just as important as income, communication and all the other things that come into play in a relationship, healthy sex life is just as important. If you’ve already communicated how you feel and nothing has change I would seriously consider it. I would personally leave because for me that’s not okay. I am a very sexual being and this is a huge deal breaker in my relationship

I’m not one to have sex if I’m not in the mood, including blowjobs. I wouldn’t expect my husband to leave me because of my limited sex drive, but if he had these types of expectations, I don’t think we would have made it this far. 
Seems like you might be leaving out some other controlling behavior he has that would also be a reason to leave.

I would have a conversation with him first address the issue and how unhappy your are and if there is not a good communication on the subject and it’s very one sided and closed off cause “there is nothing wrong” attitude then I would leave

It would bother me, but other stuff would have to be at least kinda bad too. 
Which with my relationships, that has been an easy bar to clear. 
If I had the otherwise perfect partner, I'd probably struggle to accept the boring, unfulfilling sex life, even though that's absolutely not what I want in a relationship.
