Spot / acne before bfp?

I have got a big sore whitehead spot above my lip and I don’t get spots! (I have terribly dry skin and eczema) the last time I had a spot like this I was 10 dpo and pregnant with baby #1... am currently 7ish dpo... has anyone else had this as a symptom? Obviously going a bit crazy in the tww 😂
