Need help tracking ovulation
I’ve never tracked ovulation before but I know a lot of people use the temperature and ovulation tests. I looked at target and the ovulation sticks they have are super expensive and it only comes with 7 sticks. What’s the best/cheapest ovulation test? Also, this is probably a dumb question but how do you temp? What’s the best product and how many times a day do you do it? Thanks for any help!
