Help organizing daughters room

I’m not really sure where to post this...

My daughter is 7 and she has lots of little tiny toys (shopkins, LOL,s, Barbie accessories) and I’m having a hard time trying to keep her room organized 😳 she has a book shelf that she won’t keep organized and just throws stuff on top of it. What can I do to organize her room better? She already has toy bins...but I find her just throwing things on the floor or on her book shelf or on her dresser. Any ideas that may help?
