Sign Language Babes?

Curious how many mamas are teaching their babes sign language or have bilingual babes? 
I’ve been doing asl with my dude for awhile and I feel like it’s really helped Combat tantrums because he’s been able to communicate with out words he couldn’t verbalize yet. Now I think it’s amazing he’s using his signs and words!

Yesss! I truly believe we avoid tantrums because she’s able to communicate through sign language (if she isn’t using her one word sentences)

And we are a multilingual household (i speak three languages and so does my husband) we mainly speak English but she is exposed to all of the above and is learning bits from each one

We haven't but daycare has! Only 'eat' and 'more' have transitioned to home that I've noticed.

Since my lo isn't really talking much I decided to start a few weeks ago. I find she's not quite using them herself but with direction (except for dada lol she hears his voice and signs it and points lol and milk please ) but we've got more, milk, eat, please, help, dada, and all done! She does them in her own way lol 
It's been helping a lot with the whiny I want something 🤣

We've done a handful of signs since about 6 months old. Milk was the 1st and only one he used for a long time. Last 2 months he's added please and more. I've been using eat, drink, hunrgy, thank you, and sorry this whole time but he doesn't ever do those.

I’m fluent I ASL and started teaching my baby as early as I could. It’s great for when she wants something but can’t use words.

We’ve just done a few basics! Eat and more are seen the most 😂🐷

Yes my daughter knows quite a few words in sign language. It helps a lot and now she’s saying the word along with the sign !
