Csection plus size moms

Ladies I’m already planning on having a csection if baby doesn’t flip. Been trying everything &yes spinning babies being one it them lol currently 37 weeks he is just stubborn or comfortable where he is at. I know he could flip (praying on that) but preparing for csection..So my question is for any plus size moms because they cut us open I have a belly that hangs im assuming they will cut under that so was it harder to clean incision? Or will it hurt more since my belly hangs? Im scared the cut wont heal well. TIA!!
