Mind games or actual emotions?? Advice needed!!

This guy and I met my college freshman year, last year. He thought I was hot and I thought he was hot but nothing ever really happened. I had gotten too drunk at a party and fell down the stairs, he was the one to walk me out of the party, order me a pizza and an Uber and take me back to my dorm. He didn’t try to take advantage of me or anything.

Now, he’s told me he’s not sure what he wants. But, he treats me like he does. He gives me little kisses on my nose, forehead, and lips. We haven’t had sex and he hasn’t tried to pressure me. We’ve slept in the same bed next to each other. He treats me like I’m someone but then the next minute he treats me like I’m no one. He’ll dismiss my invitations to hang out. He’ll become cold. I’m just so confused. I really like him and I haven’t liked anyone in a long long time.

Any advice?!
