Braxton hicks or gas 🙈

I've been gassy, nauseous, and I feel like I gotta go poop, but I can't

I've been getting a lot of Braxton hicks this morning, I think

When I went into bathroom to try to poop, I had a cramp that wrapped around my stomach, above my belly button and it actually hurt

Like it felt like gas cramps but above my belly button

Do you think I'm getting these Braxton hicks and gas pains cause I feel like I gotta poop?
