No it's not a bad sign it's normal I never had any symptoms since the beginning of my pregnancy and I'm now 18 weeks not everyone gets symptoms others don't get any symptoms until around 6 or maybe 8 weeks

I had no symptoms at all with my second through the entire pregnancy.  On the flip side, when I miscarried my first pregnancy, I still was throwing up until the third day of bleeding.  They really don’t mean much of whether you’re maintaining the pregnancy or not
