So much pain already 😭

This is my 2nd pregnancy and my whole pelvic area, pubic bone, and lower back are killing me! I didn't have pain this early with my first, but I was definitely a mess the last month of pregnancy. I've been so active with this pregnancy and doing a ton of pelvic floor exercises, I was hoping to avoid issues for as long as possible. 😔 Does anyone else have a lot of pain like this? Wondering if this could be SPD. 😕 Pretty sure I either had it with my first, or I have a very low pain tolerance.

It sounds a lot like spd - i had it my second pregnancy and with this one (my third) it’s come on earlier and more painful. Unfortunately not much that can be done but a support belt is helpful (only when on but it does help a bit)! Feel better 😞

Round ligament pain! I have this on an off and had it a lot with my first pregnancy three years ago. Gentle yoga stretching, rest and a good heating pad help a bit

Yes I have bad ligament pains on one side and my pubic bone kills too! I feel more like 35 weeks than 25 weeks!!!

My pubic bone feels like it’s going to break in half some nights. Ugh it hurts so bad! I don’t think you have a low pain tolerance... this is my 3rd baby and it’s gotten worse earlier this time around than both of my previous ones. Sorry you’re dealing with this too 💕

Aww, well it's comforting knowing I'm not alone, but I'm sorry you are dealing with this as well! 😥 I read about sitting on a chair and putting a tennis ball between your knees and squeezing. You definitely need to properly engage your core while doing so, but I definitely think it's helping! Hope this may help!

I have round ligament pain only when I walk. I am 21 weeks with twins. Was on bed rest in the first trimester and have been advised to keep my activity level low to medium. You must definitely talk to your doctor about the pain. Do not take this lightly. Don't just assume that you have a low pain threshold.

It definitely gets worse the more walking I do. Ugh!
