What can I do about this? I need some advices

I don't know how exactly how to say this but I am having pain down there. I was on Diflucan last week that I thought I was having yeast infection from taking antibiotics in December for a sinus infection.

I have been shaving the back of my outer vaginal lips,which I don't know if your supposed to or not. I have been experiencing this stinging pain down there kinda a burning feeling.

I also prone to bacterial vaginosis which I don't know if I have that now or if it's something else.

I just want to know if general if razors can cause stinging pain like that. It doesn't effect me from my every day job,but it stings every single day and night. It comes and goes as well it seems like.

My obgyn is booked up and I haven't tried calling my medical doctor yet. I may have to go the clinic no matter what,but I don't know if they give exams for that area or not.

I have tried everything lotion wise with aloe and it doesn't help,but I sit and think if I really do have razor burn or irritation in general.
