BCG Vaccine

So my little one got her BCG vaccine done on the 9/12/2020 (so just over 5 weeks ago) and her healing seems to be going good except today her scab fell off and left this, a hole in her skin, so I just wanted to know anyone that got the BCG for their babies, did they get the same thing or something similar? (Please don’t tell me to take her to a doctor as I’m already planning to!)
