Weaning?

How long did it take for your milk to dry up after weaning? My daughter has been weaned for a week now and my right boob is still rock hard, painful, and full of milk. I haven’t even pumped or hand expressed in 5 days. It’s getting old and I’m so tired of being in pain. (My left is not like this because I only nursed off of my right side due to vaspospasms in the first months pp on my left side. My right is the only one I’ve nursed off of for almost a year).
