2 year old has horrible eczema

I feel like we have tried everything including steroid creams our daughters pediatrician has recommended. We switched to different detergents. Stopped using fabric softeners on her clothes. Spent so much money on lotions, and ect. Nothing seems to be working. Her skin looks beyond awful 😣

Anyone else in the same boat? What helped?
