Bleeding with no cramps at 6-7 weeks

I don’t really know how far I am but I’ve been spotting since Tuesday(4 days now) started light and now it’s a bit heavier and pink/red, I have what seems like small clots coming out a bit while I pee and wipe. I’ve called my OB office like 3 times, first couple times nurse said it was probably implantation bleeding and I called the doctor and he just says to wait it out till Monday or till I bleed like a period and cramps, I haven’t been to my first appointment yet so idk how far along I really am or if there’s a heartbeat or anything so I’m freaking out a bit. I don’t know if going to ER is a good option or if they would even be able to help, my first appointment isn’t until 3 weeks from now and they just keep telling me to wait. Has anyone gone through any similar experience
