Smoothie Recipe
Hi ladies!
I know a lot of people have superstitions like eating McDonald’s fries 🍟 or pineapples🍍 but I wanted to share a super healthy smoothie I drink every single day.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup of Coconut water (I use Costco) 🥥
1 banana 🍌
1 apple 🍎 OR 1 pear 🍐
Some berries (Costco three blend) 🫐
OR use açaí packets (also from Costco)
Some spinach
Make sure you cut out the core of the apple or pear! 😊 If it’s too thick after you blend it, just add more coconut water. 😉
I have a Vitamix and I must say it’s a lifesaver bc it blends everything in just 30 seconds so I highly recommend splurging!
P.S. It tastes amazing and it makes my skin glow 💜
