IUI, is it worth it?

Question

Back story- TTC #3, just turned 40, PCOS/DOR and currently on Letrozole 2.5mg c2 protocol. Just had a monitored cycle and should have been successful..12 DPO and stark white tests.

Thinking of trying <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IUI</a> but not sure if it’s worth it or just try an increase (requested increase to provider)...

Any insight is appreciated!

You can try artificial insemination which is similar to IUI but sperm gets closer to opening of cervix rather than in uterus.

Tried it, did not work.  I think it is still faith that all timings will fall in its proper place. If husbands sperm mobility is good then this is not a solution. I guess IUI is only for those very fertile women but husband’s sperm is slow.
