Is coffee safe to drink during pregnancy? Anybody ask there doctor this yet? If so what have they said ?

I drank a lot of coffee while pregnant. My doctor told me to because I kept getting headaches and that was the only thing that helped

Yes, but excessive caffeine, like anything else can be amplified by your pregnant body. I have a cup of coffee when it sounds good, but then I wouldn't have anything else with caffeine that day.

I’m definitely a every day coffee drinker and i also work in the early AM. I’m also a first time mommy so i have so much anxiety of what i put into my body from now on until i push this little one out. I think i will just stick to coffee once a week. Thanks ladies 💙✨

Yes. Just keep under 200mg of caffeine a day. I drank a cup a day religiously with my first born who will be 9 tomorrow and he is happy and healthy. Currently 25 weeks with my second and keeping up with the cup a day for my sanity! It is safe.
