Baby Daddy Don't Want Me Anymore

The baby's father said I pushed him to far and doesn't want to work out anything with me. He got so angry he smashed my bedroom door. I'm a hot mess. I'm trying my best to not cry my eyes out. Realizing no one will be in bed to rub my back during those sleepless nights. Trying to not let the heartbreak stress me out but of course it will. He promised to never leave esp with the baby and now his promises are empty. Any of you ladies going at it with co parenting or solo? How do you push through? Please give a sister some guidance.
