Best test to take

Hello,

I’ve been trying to get pregnant since late may! My period has been on time for the entire time. Now I’m a little over a week late. I’ve taken two tests which were both negative but they were less than a dollar (I’ve already spent a fortune on tests so trying to not spend as much.) I’m just wondering which test is best for detecting early pregnancy.
