Ladies in their 30s only!! What worked for you when you got your BFP?

I'm curious to see how others were successful and if I should just try every other day in case my DH has sperm issues

All 4 of my pregnancies were achieved with sex only once ranging from 2 days before ovulation to the day I ovulated. Timing and luck are more important than frequency.

Hubs and I tried for over a year. The month I got pregnant we just happened to have sex every other day. I was actually super relaxed that month bc I thought we missed my window. Turns out we didn’t! I was 34 at the time.

Make sure you orgasm just as hes finishing or just after.  And make sure you have set the 2 days after ovulation

Honestly we only had sex once during fertile window day before ovulation and got pregnant. Husband was 40 and I was 34. I think by not having sex so often and saving up sperm helped after a year of trying

We saw a fertility doctor before conceiving naturally. He suggested to have some form of sex every other day the whole month long, and then sex every day or every other day during the fertile window. I suspected my husband might have a low sperm count, and this way is supposed to help flush out the old sperm to make way for new ones (my words not the doctors lol). 
We did this starting day 3 of my cycle when we got pregnant, and during the fertile window we had sex day 12 & 13 and then I ovulated on day 14.

The first time I got pregnant: once the entire cycle. (Ended in a chemical)
The second time: twice in my fertile window, 4 days before predicted ovulation and 2 days before predicted ovulation. (Ectopic)
Third time: twice in fertile window. 3 days before my predicted ovulation and the day before predicted ovulation. (Currently 15w3d)
I did not use OPKs so this is all just based on glow’s predictions.
