Cramps etc.... early pregnancy

Hey, I’m something like 3w4days with an early BFP at 10 and 11 dpo.

Normal symptoms such as tiredness, but I really feel like I’m going to get my period... this is my second baby, but I can’t remember feeling like this last time.

I’m getting cramps, mild and on and off and also thigh aches, and back aches.. I’m driving myself mad with worry, just wondering if anyone else has ever experienced it.
