Anyone experience bleeding ?

I'm 9weeks 5 days, yesterday when walking around I felt like I started my period. I quickly went to the restroom and after I peed a lot of bright red blood come out as if I was on my period this continued for about 4hrs until I went to bed. Today I had just a little bit of spotting. I saw my OBGYN we did an ultrasound and she said the baby looked good and nothing seemed wrong she did not know what caused the bleeding. She also did a pelvic exam and blood work. She did ask me to come back on Friday to do another ultrasound.

Has anyone else experienced this before?

This is my 2nd pregnancy and I never had any issues with my first.
