First ultrasound at 7 weeks today, in anyone’s opinion is this twins? Or just a yolk sac? She only measured baby on the left. But everyone says it looks like twins.

That doesnt look like a yolk sac to me... That looks like a 2nd baby... Ive had many ultrasounds as a mom of soon to be 6 and ive never had a yolk sac look like that.

That looks like a yolk sac to me. If it is twins, you'll probably find out at your next appointment, but don't hold your breath! They would've said something if it was possible it was a second baby.
